Often, a user will "roll-off" an image's side. When this happens, it can leave the image in a backward view. To help avoid this, a side roll-in can be used. See the two examples below. The first image is a front roll-in, the default used throughout this web site. The "feel" is a bit more natural, but the image might be left in a backward view when the user rolls-off the image.
The second image is a side roll-in. Notice the difference?
